Currently the jobless claims have fallen down to 472000 which is less than the jobless claims in August which were more than 500000. I was looking over the unemployment rates for the current year and I found out that the unemployment rates have been falling since last four months. At the beginning of the year the unemployment rates were about 10.8% and now after four consecutive months of falling rate is 9.7%. So can we say the economy is still in recession and struggles to speed up even after so many efforts by Obama.
